The rigatoni was so yummy, with a slightly nutty flavor & texture. It cooked easily and paired perfectly with the zucchini & ricotta pasta dish I made - it was my first time trying this particular recipe and it turned out great.

I had the pleasure of sampling this pasta while it was in "beta mode," and boy, did I like it! I prepared it with pesto and sauteed cherry tomatoes. It held the sauce well, and I loved the chewy texture and thickness. The flavor was also perfect. My friend who is a pasta-snobish Italophile also loved it.
