This versatile shape is delicate and light when served simply with pesto or olive oil, while the ruffled edges are perfect for holding heavier meat, cream, or tomato based sauces. Spelt is packed with nutrition and easier to digest. "Campanelle" is Italian for "little bells", and we find that kids LOVE this shape! All our flour is stone-milled to preserve as much nutrition and flavor as possible.
